Responsibilities
- Safely walk 1-4 dogs simultaneously through Omaha's scenic parks and neighborhoods
- Administer medication and specialized care as per client instructions
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our premium app
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication records
- Participate in seasonal pet care workshops and certification programs
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities
- Build rapport with high-net-worth clients and their pets
- Coordinate with veterinary partners for specialized care needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog handling experience
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of dog behavior and breed-specific care
- Reliable transportation (vehicle preferred)
