Responsibilities
- Deliver patient assessments and personalized care plans during evening/weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Coordinate care teams and communicate critical updates across departments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Support patient education and discharge planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in patient care settings
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work rotating evenings (4PM-12AM) and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
