Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for weekend operations
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on service standards
- Monitor venue cleanliness and safety protocols during peak hours
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems
- Compile shift reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed
- Valid Minnesota food handler's certification preferred
