Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and payment processing with precision
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records

Qualifications
- Available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
