Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening hours
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth evening operations
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on menu offerings
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends included
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Attention to detail and passion for quality
- Reliable transportation to Music Square location
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
