Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences during evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Process reservations, payments, and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints using de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
- Upsell resort amenities and entertainment packages
- Ensure lobby and reception areas maintain premium standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and events
- Valid Nevada work permit (if applicable)
- 21+ years old (required for alcohol-related duties)
