- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide accurate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and product issues to the product team to help drive improvements.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule: Ability to work part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends, as required.
- Location: Must reside within the United States (Texas preferred).
