Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Manage table assignments during peak dining hours
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness and table turnover
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Contribute to daily pre-shift and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler certification required
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
