Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Present menus, explain specials, and upsell premium items and beverages
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience in full-service restaurant
- TX Food Handler and Alcohol Seller certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and orders
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
