Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct guest inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records in property management system
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations

Qualifications
