Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment including tents, tables, and audiovisual systems
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate provided equipment (sound systems, lighting, staging) safely
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with crowd control and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless event execution
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
