Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setups and breakdowns across diverse venues
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory for event materials
- Enforce safety protocols and troubleshoot on-site challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
