Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff with precision.
- Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Clean and maintain dining areas, tables, and restrooms to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
- Process payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell specials and drinks to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
