Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff
- Process cash/credit transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine and beverages
- Ability to stand 6+ hours per shift
- TAMs/POS system proficiency
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service
