Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and seasonal offerings using premium beans
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in training programs to expand coffee expertise and skills
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
