As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a perfect cup of coffee.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso bar and dining area.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for coffee culture.
