Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and storage.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision using the point-of-sale system.
- Stock inventory and notify management of supply needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
