Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and specialty coffee.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure quality and consistency.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including counters, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell add-ons and seasonal products to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Energetic attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a huge plus.
