As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting the perfect cup of coffee while providing exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on our premium coffee blends and our commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and our staff.

Responsibilities
- Brewing Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a friendly, professional experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment and the service area.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently, handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as brewing, steaming, and cleaning.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with coffee brewing equipment is a plus.
