Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Provide top-tier customer service by greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their orders are perfect.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment at the end of every shift.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects.
