Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables, ensuring accurate order entry and timely food delivery
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 20+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
