Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and meal delivery
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and reconcile cash drawers
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with table bussing
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server certification (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and memory for orders
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Must pass background check and drug screening
