We're seeking an energetic Part-Time Server to join our award-winning team at The Southern Belle Bistro in Charlotte's vibrant Uptown district. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences while showcasing your passion for Southern cuisine and stellar customer service. This urgent opening requires immediate availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm table service including order taking, food/drink delivery, and table clearing
- Manage POS system for accurate order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and daily specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
