Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm professionalism
- Take accurate food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently while maintaining quality
- Process payments and manage cash transactions
- Ensure dining areas remain clean and organized
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns with exceptional service
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Nevada Food Handler's Card (or willing to obtain)
