Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage evening floor operations including seating, order processing, and inventory checks
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service during peak evening hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain pristine venue standards through systematic cleaning and organization protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) Monday-Friday
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

- Philadelphia local knowledge preferred
