Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding table service with warm professionalism
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- TX Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure
