Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and food/beverage recommendations to discerning guests
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness throughout shifts
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Complete opening/closing duties including restocking and side station setup
- Adhere to all safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- PA Alcohol Server Certification (RAMP) required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
