Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu expertise and wine pairing knowledge
- Process orders efficiently through POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless table turnover
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Uphold sanitation standards during all service operations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to daily opening/closing side work routines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Georgia Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of allergen protocols and dietary restrictions
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
