Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professional knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Manage table sections efficiently while maintaining accurate order entry and payment processing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address guest concerns promptly
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through open communication and mutual support
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol (Tulsa ABC certification required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order calculations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
