Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks according to established plating and presentation standards.
- Clean and maintain a pristine dining environment, including tables and service stations.
- Handle payments accurately and process credit card transactions efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a guest service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
