Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring optimal table turnover.
- Expertly present menus, explain ingredients, and answer questions to enhance the dining journey.
- Craft and serve beverages and dishes with precision, adhering to our high culinary standards.
- Upsell specials and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain a pristine dining area, ensuring all stations are clean and organized.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods while maintaining energy.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros, Toast, or similar).
- Reliable transportation and a valid Food Handlers card.
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow.
