Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Expertly manage order accuracy and timing for 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Maintain pristine dining area standards throughout shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Valid CA Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (10-30 lbs)
