Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Upsell items and suggest wine pairings to enhance the guest's experience.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and safety protocols.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Clean criminal background check and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
