Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome and professional demeanor.
- Present menus and explain daily specials and ingredients with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen with precision.
- Service food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Process payments accurately via the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining room, and service stations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local Houston dining standards and wine/beverage pairings.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining energy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
