Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Clear and clean tables to maintain a pristine dining environment throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Upsell products and handle guest inquiries or special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as part of a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
