Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and timely food delivery
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages based on guest preferences
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restock supplies efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service hours
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player mentality with strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
