Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests in accordance with restaurant standards
- Expertly manage table assignments, order taking, and payment processing
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and special promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and menu ingredients
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- TAM (Table Management) or POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
