Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly and ensure a smooth seating process to create a positive first impression.
- Order Management: Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Upselling: Knowledgeably suggest menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Payment Handling: Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy and handling cash responsibly.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays, and move quickly within a busy dining environment.
