Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining room and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server, Waitstaff, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
