Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide detailed descriptions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure food quality meets our high standards.
- Clean and maintain tables, ensuring a pristine dining environment throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
