Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely bussing of tables
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawer duties
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work and station setup
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order processing
