Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
