Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain pristine dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
