Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests across 80+ seat dining room
- Expertly manage 4-6 table sections with precision timing
- Execute flawless order entry and POS transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with grace and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and wine fundamentals
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
