- Expertly explain menu items and recommend specials based on guest preferences
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service focus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
