Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics across Baton Rouge venues
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and crowd management
- Operate AV equipment, point-of-sale systems, and event technology as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-energy events
- Collaborate with venue staff and vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Adapt quickly to changing event requirements and last-minute adjustments
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Basic familiarity with event technology (ticketing systems, AV)
- Professional demeanor under pressure and in crowded environments
- Must pass background check and venue-specific certifications
