Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to daily prep duties and side station maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of Oregon liquor service laws and responsible alcohol service
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work weekends and evenings (20-30 hrs/week)
- Food Handler's and Alcohol Service certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
