Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus with a friendly introduction.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Provide expert recommendations based on guest preferences and daily specials.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables during the meal.
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables between seatings.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
