Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payment methods efficiently
- Upsell seasonal specials and high-margin items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and bussers during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Oregon liquor service laws and responsible alcohol protocols
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
