Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests while maintaining professional standards
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for optimal timing
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table presentation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe Food Handler certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Proficiency with modern POS systems (Toast preferred)
